Shipping Policy

Overview

Thank you for shopping with Khush Raho. We ship authentic crystals, healing stones, Rudraksha, yantras and spiritual accessories with care. This Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery timelines, tracking and other important information.

Shipping Coverage

• Domestic (India): We ship across major pincodes in India through reputable courier partners.
• International: If enabled at checkout, international orders are shipped via express/registered services. Delivery timelines and duties vary by destination.

Order Processing Time

• Processing: 1–3 working days after payment confirmation (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).
• Orders containing energized/pooja items may require additional 1–2 days for consecration/verification.
• Pre-orders / custom selections (specific size/weight/combination) may require extra time; details will be shared over email.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro & Tier-1 cities (India): 2–5 working days after dispatch.
• Other Indian locations: 3–7 working days after dispatch.
• International: 7–21 working days after dispatch (destination-wise variations apply).

Note: Estimates exclude processing time. Weather, festivals, operational issues or remote-area routing can extend timelines.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (and any COD/handling charges if available) are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volumetric weight and courier service. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be shown on the product or checkout page.

Packaging & Handling

• Items are packed with protective layers suitable for fragile/natural stones.
• Multiple items in a single order may ship together or in split shipments depending on availability and safety.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

• Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp with the courier name and tracking number.
• Tracking may take up to 12–24 hours to become active after pickup.

Delivery Attempts & Address Issues

• Couriers usually make 1–3 delivery attempts. Ensure someone is available at the address during working hours.
• Please provide accurate full address, landmark and active phone number. Address changes after dispatch are not guaranteed and may attract rerouting charges.
• Undeliverable/returned shipments (wrong address, unreachable phone, repeated non-delivery) can be re-shipped after receiving revised charges.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Courier network disruptions, weather, strikes, festival rush, customs checks and other events may delay deliveries. We’ll assist with updates but are not liable for such delays.

Damage, Leakage or Wrong Item

• Kindly record an unboxing video from sealed package to item reveal.
• If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with the order ID, photos and unboxing video link.
• Approved cases will be handled as per our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

International Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, VAT/GST, brokerage/clearance fees (if any) are charged by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility. Refusal to pay duties may result in the shipment being returned or destroyed by customs; refunds in such cases are not guaranteed.

Restrictions

• We may not ship to P.O. Boxes, army post addresses, or restricted zones where couriers do not service.
• Certain items (e.g., liquids/herbs/metals) may face transport or customs restrictions depending on destination.

Lost in Transit

If a shipment shows no movement beyond a reasonable period, we will raise an investigation with the courier. Resolutions (replacement/refund) will follow courier confirmation as per our returns policy.
